RCCI Industrial Estate Extension:

The project is spread over an area of about 2500 kanals. Entire land has already been purchased and its planning is completed. The developmental works are fast progressing. Total cost of the project is approximately 12 millions and is being administered by the Company on "Turn key basis". Plot sizes are 2 kanals, 4 kanals, one acres and two acres. Supports services being provided are as under:-

• Water supply to an extent of 500 gallons per one kanal of plot.
• High Tension 11 KVA over head feeder in front of each plot.
• Natural Gas in front of each plot.
• Effective surface drainage system capable of handling high intensity rainfall.
• Road network having right of ways from 60 feet to 80 feet and road classification of 70.
